- We are working on next years event to make it even better!
- The Fest needs to raise funds in order to make this happen, so we are conducting 2 fundraisers this year. The first is a silent auction taking place at the Atlin Mountain Inn dining room Oct 18th, along with some musical and video entertainment by Matthew Lien and friends.
- Next we are doing a radio auction based in Whitehorse on one of the local radio stations and in partnership with several businesses. We have a goal of 50-60k to put us in a position to hire staff to begin planning next years event and also to clear up some outstanding bills.
- If you would like to support the Fest with a cash donation, it can be mailed to AAMF Box 168 or aamf.treasurer@gmail.com
- If you have an item to either donate in whole or part, it can be dropped off at the Atlin Mountain Inn. A charitable tax receipt will be giving for full value of the item. We are looking for pieces of art, historic items, crafts and food items for the silent auction.
- Be sure to come by during the week of Oct 18th to view these items in the dining room!
