The Atlin Arts and Music Festival presents the AAMF Atlin Family Fun Fair. The festival grounds will look different this year, the vendor area will be open to the public. The festival grounds will have a market type atmosphere with bouncy houses and circus clowns and carnival games. There will be kid workshops in the fairgrounds and buskers. Performances will take place in venues around town. Tickets will get folks into the performances and the workshops. Tickets will be 30.00 each on the website and 35.00 at the ticket tent during the fair.
Without the big tent in the fairgrounds there will be more space for more vendors.

Festival dates are July 5-7, 2024!

The Atlin Arts and Music Festival Tarahne Park Arts Market will open on Friday, July 5th at 4pm and end at 2pm on Sunday, July 7th, 2024. Vendors will need to be set up by 4pm on Friday.

Two easy steps to register for this year's Festival

1. Complete the applicable online registration form:

2. E-transfer your registration fee to vendors@atlinfest.ca

• • If you prefer to mail in your registration form along with your payment, please make your cheque out to the Atlin Arts and Music Festival and indicate "Vendor Fee" on your cheque.
  • Please include your business name if it is not already on your cheque.
  • Mail your registration form and cheque to:

• • Registration fees are listed in the registration form and are based on the size you require for your spot.
  • Registration fees are payable by e-transfer or by cheque and must be paid at the time of registration to ensure that your spot is reserved.
  • Your registration fee gives you free camping and parking.
  • You can purchase 2 weekend passes at a discounted rate at $15 per pass and if you require more passes than what your registration allows you can purchase tickets through our website at the full price.
  • Pancake breakfast tickets available for a discounted rate of $5 each.

Refunds

• • Vendors can cancel before June 12^th for a full refund.
  • Cancellation after June 12^th will result in a 50% per spot cancellation fee.
