Festival dates are July 7-9, 2023!

The Atlin Arts and Music Festival Tarahne Park Arts Market will open on Friday, July 7th at 6pm and end at 2pm on Sunday, July 9th, 2023. Vendors will need to be set up by 5pm on Friday. Please note there will be a reduced number of tickets sold this year.

Two easy steps to register for this year's Festival

Set up will take place on July 7, 2023

1. Complete the applicable online registration form:

   • Food Vendor Registration Form

2. E-transfer your registration fee to vendors@atlinfest.ca

• • If you prefer to mail in your registration form along with your payment, please make your cheque out to the Atlin Arts and Music Festival and indicate "Vendor Fee" on your cheque.
  • Please include your business name if it is not already on your cheque.
  • Mail your registration form and cheque to:

• • Registration fees are listed in the registration form and are based on the size you require for your spot.
  • Registration fees are payable by e-transfer or by cheque and must be paid at the time of registration to ensure that your spot is reserved.
  • Your registration fee gives you free camping and parking.
  • You receive weekend passes at a discounted rate and if you require more passes than what your registration allows you can purchase tickets through our website at the full price.

Refunds

• • Vendors can cancel before June 12^th for a full refund.
  • Cancellation after June 12^th will result in a $100.00 per spot cancellation fee.
