SECURITY
Rolls & Responsibilities / Description:
The security crews ensure that the festival is a safe space for everyone! This crew has a mix-bag of responsibilities including: checking wristbands, bags, and roaming the festival grounds to minimize hazards and keep vibes high and to ensure everyone has a safe and fun time at the festival.

TICKET BOOTH
Rolls & Responsibilities / Description:
Ticket Booth volunteers will be among the first impressions for audience members, putting on wrist bands, selling tickets, and offering a first point of contact for attendees to the festival.

INFORMATION BOOTH
They’ve got questions, you’ve got the answers! Volunteers here help attendees answer FAQ, and be the human-signposts to help guide attendees throughout their festival experience.

KID’S ZONE
This crew helps parents, and their little ones enjoy the festival as the VIPs that they are! If you like the small things in life, the Kid’s Zone is calling you! Monitoring

VISUAL ARTS
Do you enjoy creating works of art, helping others create works of art? Then you'd fit the role as a visual arts volunteer! Helping to set up the artist’s workshops, helping throughout the workshops and cleaning up afterwards art are the main roles of this position.

TRANSPORTATION
Artists have places to be, music to play and meals to eat! Transportation helps make that happen; ensuring performers get to and from where they need to be throughout the festival.

SITE SETUP
If the saying “build it and they will come” jives with you, you’re meant to be a part of the setup crew. You'll help to get the festival grounds prepared before attendees even see it - installing fencing, tents, waste bins, etc. The perk is that you get to enjoy your hours in before the festival has even started! This role requires a commitment 3 days prior to the festival.

SITE TEARDOWN
Just like site setup, you can bank some of your hours without the festival FOMO. The teardown role ensures that the grounds are left spick and span, as if nothing ever happened, taking down tents, fences, and the other remnants of a successful festival. This role requires an 8 hour shift commitment.

CAMPING SETUP
Happy campers make for a happy festival. Your job is to help set up the camp ground for a full weekend’s worth of tents, RVs marking the campsites where festival goers, vendors, volunteers and artists will stay.

CAMPING TEARDOWN
You’re taking leave-no-trace to the next level, by removing any evidence of use here over the weekend. This is a volunteer role where your hours can be put in after the music stops.

CAMPING CHECK IN
Have you got pep in your step? Are you ready to welcome and help the happy campers? We need your smiles and chipper attitude to help festival campers settle into their spots and get off on a good foot!

VOLUNTEER SIGN IN
At volunteer sign-in, you’re the first face our volunteers will see to start their shifts. You’re here to help ensure that volunteers arrive onto land and into their roles as smoothly as possible.

LEAVE NO TRACE
If you’re a fan of Captain Planet, you’ll fit right in, and be prized by all. This crew changes garbage bins, roams the festival grounds, keeping the place spick and span.

MERCHANDISE
Slingin’ swag, huckin’ hats, Selling CDs. You’ve gotta be comfortable handling money and the hustle and bustle of the AAMF mercantile centre.

VENDORS
Here, you’re helping the vendors set up shop and doing all you can to get them up and running. This is an active, dynamic role.

GREEN ROOM (Behind the stage)
If you're into being star-struck and rubbing shoulders with the featured AAMF talent, the Green Room crew might be your fit. You're ensuring that the backstage radiates good vibes by providing refreshments and keeping the space neat and welcoming.

FOOD SERVICE
Mi casa es su casa! The revered food service volunteers help to fuel the festival's crews, artists, and performers by working with the meals crew to serve up the best food and drink in the region.

HOSPITALITY
Hospitality crew works behind the scenes putting together thank you baskets and promo-kits for artists upon their arrival and departure.

Crew starts a couple of days before, completes all work prior to festival start and ensures Artists needs are met throughout the weekend.
