Festival dates are July 11-13, 2025!

The festival will be open to the public starting on Friday July 11^th at 4pm and end at 4pm on Sunday July 13^th, 2025

• Vendor Coordinator will contact you to arrange arrival and set-up times for Thursday evening July 10^th before 8pm or Friday morning July 11th^th between 8am and 2pm. You must be set up by Friday July 11 ^h at 2pm no exceptions.

• No vehicles will be permitted on grounds after Friday at 2pm. No exceptions.

Two easy steps to register for this year's Festival

Set up will take place on July 10, 2025

1. Complete the applicable online registration form:
   • Non-Food Vendor Registration Form
   • Food Vendor Registration Form
2. E-transfer your registration fee to

   aamf.treasurer@gmail.com

• • If you prefer to mail in your registration form along with your payment, please make your cheque out to the Atlin Arts and Music Festival and indicate "Vendor Fee" on your cheque.
  • Please include your business name if it is not already on your cheque.
  • Mail your registration form and cheque to:
